Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between the two service tracks?
Our professional track pairs you with licensed therapists and accepts insurance. Our sliding scale track works with trained clinical interns under weekly supervision—offering excellent care at more affordable rates. Both provide high-quality, ethical, evidence-based therapy.
How do I choose the right therapist or approach?
We'll discuss your goals, preferences, and any previous therapy experiences. Our team will match you with a provider and approach that fits your needs. If it's not a good fit, we'll help you find someone who is.
Can I combine psychotherapy with medication management?
Absolutely. Many of our clients work with both a therapist and our medication management team. We coordinate care so your therapy and medication support work together.
What if I'm not sure if therapy is right for me?
We encourage you to reach out. A brief initial conversation can help clarify whether therapy is the right fit and what options might work best for you.
How long does therapy usually take?
This varies greatly depending on your goals and situation. Some people find benefit in short-term focused work, while others prefer ongoing support. We'll discuss what feels right for you.
