Now, as both a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, I integrate therapy and medication management to create a comprehensive healing path. Since 2015, I've had the privilege of working with diverse populations—from children to older adults—navigating challenges such as ADHD, Anxiety, Trauma, and BPD. B.S. in Psychology I am currently a student pursuing a masters degree in Mental Health Counseling and Behavioral Medicine with Boston University School of Medicine. As a clinical counseling intern, I am integrating the practice of education and hands-on experience toward the goal of becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. Laura Berglass, PMHNP Intern
MSN, FNP Laura earned her Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Duke University in 2021. After several years in clinical practice, she recognized the growing need for accessible, high-quality mental health care and felt the need to expand her expertise in this area. She is currently completing a post-master’s certificate in Psychiatry/Mental Health at Johns Hopkins University, with anticipated graduation in Summer 2026. Laura integrates mindfulness-based approaches into her practice and is committed to providing compassionate, patient-centered care. She strives to create a supportive environment where every individual feels heard, respected, and empowered in their mental health journey.
