Her work is trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and attentive to visible and non-apparent disability. Together, clients can make room for grief, clarify what matters, and move toward a life that feels more sustainable and authentic.

Used collaborative action research to examine service-animal access in experiential higher-education settings and the shift from basic compliance toward meaningful inclusion.
Her broader higher-education work addresses disability inclusion, career development, student success, and learning environments in which more people can participate fully.
